Wohnung / Zimmer Hallo, ich vermiete ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Stadt. Matterstockstr. in Grombühl. Es ist ein ca. 22 qm großes, helles, frisch renoviertes Zimmer mit hoher Decke in einer 4-Zimmer WG/Altbauwohnung. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Regal, kleiner Schrank usw.) Küche, Bad und Flur werden gemeinsam genutzt und sind mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine, der Trockner, Die Küche und die Gefrierkombi sind – wie auch alle Möbel – nagelneu. Die gemeinsame Küche hat einen Balkon zum Hof. Weitere Fotos kommen demnächst. Der Preis ist 450 € kalt. Für Heizung, Internet, Möbel und Küche kommen 200 € dazu. Das Zimmer steht ab 15.05.2025 zur Verfügung, evtl. auch früher. Lage Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, die Straßenbahn (verschiedene Linien) ist in 2 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs, diverse Lokalitäten, Park usw. gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe und in großer Vielfalt. Die Wohnung ist im 2.OG. DSL/WLAN ist vorhanden WG-Leben Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 4er-WG aus Studenten und Berufstätigen. Wir suchen jemanden, der/die dazu passt. Studenten, aber auch Pendler oder Berufstätige sind denkbar. Das Zimmer wird nur an eine Person vermietet. Sonstiges Das Angebot ist noch zu haben, solange es hier online ist. Bei Interesse schreibt mir einfach und stellt euch bitte kurz vor!
