Es verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit dem Mitbewohner nebenan und einem eigenen Balkonzugang. Die Rollläden sind vollschließend und mit der gut funktionierenden Heizung bekommt man das Zimmer auch im Winter schön warm. Die komplette Wohnung wurde renoviert und hat überall Laminat, außer im Bad und WC Fliesen und ist somit leicht zu reinigen...
