The apartament is located about 10min walk from the bus station and the university of Minho and 15min from the train station in the historical center, walking distance to supermarkets, bars and restaurants, ideal to enjoy your student life. The bedroom is fully equiped and has modern individual heater (double bed, study desk and storage space). Bedding, pillows, a duvet and towels are provided with the room. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
