This beautiful studio apartment is great for a maximum of 2 people who would like to study abroad while living a few steps away from all the main attractions of the city center. There are 2 single beds (that can be joined to make a double bed if needed), 1 bathroom, and an open space kitchen and living room (the couch is no longer present). For your convenience, the apartment comes with WiFi, A/C, and heaters. The washing machine is available in a common laundry room to be shared with other apartments in the building. The area has a lot of restaurants, bars, and shops. Administration Fee: 100€ per semester. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay half a month or less, you’ll pay half that month’s rent. If you stay more than half a month, you’ll pay the full month’s rent. We call this a Fortnightly contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
