Entrambe le camere hanno aria condizionata in estate e riscaldamento in inverno. Una delle due camere ha accesso ad un lungo balcone. CUCINA E BAGNO La cucina è completamente accessoriata, dai piatti alle posate. Sono presenti forno, microonde ed un frigorifero con freezer. Inoltre, potrete usufruire della comoda lavastoviglie e godervi il vostro caffè mattutino sul pratico tavolo posto in questo spazio. Il bagno è accogliente con lavandino, mobile specchio con ripiani, lavatrice, wc, doccino bidet e doccia. LA ZONA La zona è residenziale, il palazzo in buone condizioni con un bel giardino interno. SPOSTAMENTI: L’appartamento si trova a soli 500 metri dalla metro Segesta e a 900 metri dalla metro Lotto ed in poche fermate potrete essere nelle principali stazioni di Milano e da lì in centro.
