This apartment which is close to Erasmus MC has 2 bedrooms (each +/- 16m2) and a living room of +/- 45m2.The apartment has a great view and is close to the city center of Rotterdam. The metro station is in front of the apartment. An Albert Heijn supermarket is conveniently located approximately 5 minutes walking distance away and there are multiple café's and restaurants nearby. I rent-out this apartment fully furnised including the study desk, pc monitors, a double-sized bed, an extra single bed in the study room, washing machine, dryer, kitchen utilities and all the furniture in the living room.
