Description

Penthouse in the center of Badajoz for rent, the biggest and the liveliest city of the region of Extremadura. The city of Badajoz is just in the border with Portugal. The distance to Lisbon is 200 km the same than Seville. The apartment is in calle Museo, in front of the Modern Art Museum of Extremadura, with a relaxing and open view of the museum garden from the 30 m2 terrace of the house, it is really close to the El Corte Inglés supermarket. There are plenty of parks and green spaces near the house. The communal spaces of the building are very well preserved and there is a common garden with playground. The access to the property is very easy, there are two lifts and also a parking lot included in the apartment rent. There are plenty of facilities in the neighbourhood (which is very calm and safe), schools, parks, supermarkets and restaurants, and it is very near to the cultural center of the city with a good amount of bar, and cafes and very well communicated to the roads leading to Madrid and Seville....

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
