Die Befristung läuft voraussichtlich bis zum Ende des Wintersemesters 2025/26. Die Wohnung befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Hochschule München an der Trambahnhaltestelle Sandstraße. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Lidl, dm, Penny, Edeka sowie mindestens ein Bäcker. Die Wohnung ist 33,04 m2 groß, Aufteilung siehe Grundriss, voll möbliert, 140 cm Bett, Schlafcouch, höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch mit hochwertigem Schreibtischstuhl, eigene Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Staubsauger, Kaffeevollautomat, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Backofen und Herd. Töpfe, Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck etc. sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Bei Bedarf kann auch die komplette Wäsche (Bettwäsche, Handtücher) gestellt werden, Waschmaschinen und Trockner stehen gegen Gebühr im Haus zur Verfügung. Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten wie Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet (100/40 MBit/s) und sogar die Rundfunkgebühren enthalten. Da ich Allergiker bin, kann ich leider weder Hunde noch Katzen in der Wohnung erlauben. Die meisten anderen Haustiere sind aber in Ordnung. The apartment is 33.04 m2, layout as shown in the floor plan, fully furnished with a 140 cm bed, sofa bed, height-adjustable desk with a high-quality office chair, private washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, and stove. Pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc. are also provided. If needed, I can also provide complete bedding (bed linen, towels). Washing machines and dryers are available in the building for a fee. The rent includes all additional costs like heating, water, electricity, internet (100/40 Mbit/s), and even the broadcasting fees.
