Die Befristung läuft voraussichtlich bis zum Ende des Wintersemesters 2025/26. Die Wohnung befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Hochschule München an der Trambahnhaltestelle Sandstraße. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Lidl, dm, Penny, Edeka sowie mindestens ein Bäcker. Die Wohnung ist 33,04 m2 groß, Aufteilung siehe Grundriss, voll möbliert, 140 cm Bett, Schlafcouch, höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch mit hochwertigem Schreibtischstuhl, eigene Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Staubsauger, Kaffeevollautomat, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Backofen und Herd. Töpfe, Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck etc. sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Bei Bedarf kann auch die komplette Wäsche (Bettwäsche, Handtücher) gestellt werden, Waschmaschinen und Trockner stehen gegen Gebühr im Haus zur Verfügung. Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten wie Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet (100/40 MBit/s) und sogar die Rundfunkgebühren enthalten.
