The street of the palace is quiet and well connected. I have always rented to Sapienza university students for the strategic location. The apartment is on the first floor, complete with everything: queen-size bed on a room, two-seater sofa bed, (both have hot and cold air conditioning, wardrobes and desks) , full kitchen with all the tools, 1shared table, 1 bathroom ,TV, high speed wifi and independent boiler for hot water. The full rent is 1500+400 euros of utilities (read Utility costs) We offer a real registered contract (the one on the site is not valid for Italian laws) with a 2 month deposit, registered with the tax agency The rent is for a maximum of 3 people, for more people a new rent will be discussed Available from May.
