Room: Hello, dear apartment seekers! Your bright room has three large windows with a window sill. The room has parquet flooring and is very bright because of large windows. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and everything else you need for life. The washer dryer is also available in the bathroom and can be used. Your room has a double bed (Ikea Hemnes, pull-out, 160x200 cm), one wardrobe, one closet, one desk with chair and a table lamp. We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent. The rent includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, internet, heating and water. There are therefore no additional costs for you. CoLiving flat life: Your roommates would be: Kiana (28) - started her job as an engineer. Alexis (27) - is working as an consultant. We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. Location: The apartment is located in a prime residential area of ​​Munich's Schwabing-West district, close to the popular Luitpoldpark and Olympic Park. Several bus and tram lines, as well as the subway, are within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find several restaurants, doctors, supermarkets, cafes, and bakeries. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay half a month or less, you’ll pay half that month’s rent. If you stay more than half a month, you’ll pay the full month’s rent. We call this a Fortnightly contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
