To secure the place, the resident must pay the reservation fee (first month rent) at the time of the request and the deposit before June 16. If not paid on time, the place will be released. Cancellations after June 15 without a justified cause will result in the loss of the reservation fee. 🚫 No Show If the resident does not show up on the check-in date (or within the following 48 hours) without prior notice, they will lose the place and must pay for the first month as a penalty, with no right to a refund. 🚪 Exit at the End of the Stay The departure must take place on the last day before 12:00 PM, returning the key (otherwise, €20 will be deducted). The residence is not responsible for forgotten belongings. ❌ Early Termination of Contract Written notice must be given at least 15 days in advance. If there is no justified cause: Cancellations between September 1 and January 16: payment is required until January 16. Cancellations from January 17 onwards: payment is required until the scheduled departure date. The deposit and reservation fee (first month rent) are non-refundable.
