Inside a renovated building with an elevator, the apartment is spread over three floors and can accommodate up to 4 people and has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Air Conditioning, and a large double bedroom. ✨ The space The apartment has just been renovated, and we have taken care of every detail and comfort. The kitchen is complete with every accessory to ensure longer stays. The sofa is high quality and can become a very comfortable bed if necessary. The master bedroom is spacious with a king-size bed. The house, divided into three floors, allows you to enjoy the rooms to the fullest and have maximum relaxation. Internet and water are included, while gas and electricity are included in the monthly rent up to 100 euros a month. If consumption exceeds this amount, the difference will be charged to you.
