Die Lage ist top, direkt vorn an der Kreuzung 200 Meter vor der Tür gibt es zwei Bushaltestellen, einen Supermarkt, eine Bank, einen Bäcker, alles was man braucht. Dort sind die Drygalski-Arcaden - alles drin was man benötigt und vor der Haustür. Der Weg in die Stadt ist easy, man fährt mit deem Bus 63 zur Aidenbachstrasse - Dauer 10 Min. Bus Fährt alle 10 min. Dort gibt es U3 und U6 - beide sind die Hauptschlagader Nord Süd in München - alle 5 min fährt eine Bahn. Dauer bis Marienplatz 10 min, bis Universität 13 min. Solln ist bekannt fuer seine hohe Wohnqualität, es ist sehr grün und ruhig, es gibt top Arbeitgeber wie Siemens, MAN, Allianz, Linde und viele andere in Solln und man hat viel Naherholungsgebiet. Die Wohnanlage ist umringt von großzügigen Rasen Flächen und Bäumen, mitten in der Natur und mitten in der Stadt. Das Haus hat mehrere Aufzüge, die Wohnung ist im 3 Stock, es gibt Fussboden und Decken Heizung! Die Kueche ist voll ausgestattet, es gibt zwei Bäder mit 2 WC, einer Dusche und einer Waschmaschine. In der großen Diele wird ein großer Esstisch mit Bestuhlung aufgestellt, für geselliges Beisammensein. Jedes zimmer hat ein 140 mal 200 Doppelbett, einen Schrank, einen Schreibtisch und einen Bürostuhl. In dem Miet Preis sind alle Nebenkosten, wie Heizung, Strom, Wasser und Internet bereits enthalten. Kaution 2k. Ich benötige keine Schufa, aber bitte einen Ausweis, es wird ein befristeter Mietvertrag geschlossen, jedes Zimmer ist fuer eine Person.
