WE COULD OFFER YOU TO STAY A BIT LONGER IF YOU NEED BUT THEN YOU WOULD GET A ROOM AND NOT THE WHOLE APARTMENT BECAUSE WE WILL BE BACK ON THE 5TH OF MAY: 1. The Apartment Our bright and lovingly furnished 3-room apartment in Britz (Neukölln) is available for sublet from April 12 to May 3. It’s perfect for a shared flat (WG) or a small family. In addition to a bedroom and a living room, there’s a home office with a large monitor – ideal for remote work. We also provide two extra mattresses. A special highlight: there is a grand piano and a digital piano (can be played between 10 am–1 pm and 3–9 pm, max. 2 hours daily). There's also a cozy balcony. 2. The Location The apartment is in a quiet, green part of Britz – with playgrounds, table tennis areas, and great jogging paths just outside the door. The U7 (Blaschkoallee) is only 30 seconds away, making it super convenient. The S-Bahn ring is just 5 minutes away, and areas like Neukölln, Bergmannkiez, and Kreuzberg are easily reachable. Despite being close to the city center, the neighborhood is calm and peaceful. 3. Additional Info We’re looking for reliable subtenants who will treat our home with care while we’re away. Piano playing is allowed but only during the specified times. The neighborhood is friendly and relaxed.
