The apartment has two shared bathrooms: one larger, with a bathtub and shower, and a smaller one with a small bathtub and the washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils, and there is a dining table for four people. Piazza De Angeli is located in the western area of Milan, just a few minutes from Corso Vercelli and CityLife. It’s a well-served residential neighborhood, quiet yet lively, with an excellent combination of services, shops, and green spaces. Around the square, you’ll find cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and small local businesses. It’s a convenient area for getting around by public transport: the De Angeli M1 metro station is just a 1-minute walk from the apartment. The atmosphere is that of a well-kept neighborhood, popular with families and professionals. The surrounding streets are wide, tree-lined, and orderly, with residential buildings ranging from historic structures to more modern ones. Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00. Monthly rates: • 850,00€ for monthly rent • 100,00€ for building fees • 50,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi) • 74,00€ for one cleaning service per month; Total of monthly cost: 1.075,00€ You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 850€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. • 150,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning Linen is not included. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
