Hello, I'm renting an interior double room in an apartment on a pedestrian street, 5 minutes from Blai Street and 3 minutes from the Greek Theater. I'm rarely home, so it would be almost like living alone except for meals/sleeps or on specific days. I'm looking for: A calm and respectful person with some self-knowledge and awareness who is looking for a place of rest and a caring coexistence. This may be vague, but I could describe it as follows: -Someone who cares about self-care and cultivates empathy in relationships. -Someone who is interested in knowing themselves and how they relate to others. -Someone who takes responsibility for their personality and assumes their responsibilities before seeking them outside. I ask (as a sine qua non) that you respect the following conditions: -Respect rest hours between 10 a. m. and 8 a. m. , as the rooms are separated by a partition that barely insulates sound. -Take care of your own and, above all, common spaces, keeping them clean. -Look for a quiet and relaxing space, not for parties. I accept occasional visits, but the small size doesn't allow for much independence of influence between the two people. -Look for an individual space; it's not big enough for three people, although we can negotiate occasional visits. I offer: -The possibility of renting the entire apartment (for a price to be renegotiated) in the medium term. -A caring personal relationship, with listening and respect. -The possibility of registering while living here...
