LAGE Das Gebäude steht im Stadtzentrum, aber in einer ruhigen Seitenlage, ebenerdiger Zugang über den grünen Innenhof. Im Keller können Fahrräder untergebracht werden. Ein PKW-Stellplatz kann gegen Aufpreis genutzt werden. Die Straßenbahn hält direkt gegenüber an der Juliuspromenade - 1 Minute zu laufen.-. Restaurants, Kneipen, Ärzte, Drogerien und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind alle im Umkreis von 5 min Fußweg erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist im Hochparterre. DSL/WLAN ist vorhanden WG-LEBEN Es werden gerade mehrere Zimmer frei. Es kann sich also eine neue WG gründen. Studenten, Angestellte ode Mitarbeiter von Universität, TH oder Kliniken sind willkommen. Die Lage ist superzentral gelegen. Der Ringpark, das Mainufer, die Talavera, der Marktplatz und alle Busse und Straßenbahnen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
