Hallo meine Lieben! Ich bin der Vermieter dieser Wohnung und möchte eine komplett neue Mädels-Studentinnin-WG gründen. Unsere bisherigen Studentinnin sind soweit fertig und müssen uns leider verlassen. So bietet sich eine total neue Möglichkeit der Neugestaltung. Ein Zimmer habe ich ab dem (hidden) zu vermieten. So wie es hier deklariert wird. Die anderen beiden Zimmer sind ab (hidden) frei. Dich erwartet eine helle Wohnung mit schönem Laminatboden. Lage Die Lage ist wirklich super zentral, direkt an Bilk S angebunden und in ein paar Minuten ist man im schönen Volksgarten oder am Hauptbahnhof! Die Wohnung liegt auf der vierten Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses im studentischen Viertel Bilk und ist sehr zentral. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten auf der Königsallee und der Altstadt, zur Uni oder zur HSD sind es auch nur 10 Minuten. Es fahren Sbahn (S8, S11, S28; 7 Minuten Weg), UBahn (U71, U72, U73, U83; 5 Minuten Weg), Straßenbahnen (704, 707; 1 Minute Weg) und Busse (835, 836, M3; 5 Minuten Weg) rund um die Uhr und bringen dich innerhalb kurzer Zeit in jede Ecke von Düsseldorf (oder sogar Köln) ;). Z.B. liegt direkt vor unserer Haustür die Haltestelle "Färberstraße". In direkter Umgebung gibt es super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Aldi, Netto und die Düsseldorf Arkaden, wo du Douglas, H&M und vieles mehr vorfinden wirst). Genauso einige coole Bars, Restaurants und das Lorettoviertel (noch mehr Bars und Restaurants :D) ist nur ein Spaziergang entfernt. WG-Leben Bei gemeinschaftlichen Besorgungen benutzen wir intern Splitwise. Kosten wie Strom/Heizung und Internet sind in der Miete inbegriffen!! Das Haus ist ein gepflegtes und sicheres Haus! Es gibt ein Badezimmer und eine seperate Toilette, welches sehr praktisch ist. Altzpam einsch wichen, breden sich oder um er Sa vise gehar Alle gemeinschaftlichen Erledigungen können über Splitwise gehändelt werden. Es wird sehr starken Wert darauf gelegt, die Wohnung sauber und gepflegt zu halten. Es ist eine reine Mädels-WG!!!! Ganz stark werden die Mitwohner respektiert und deren Privatsphäre akzeptiert. Fokus ist das Studium, bei dem jeder seine Ruhe hat und sich vollstens auf das Wesentliche konzentriert. Mal eine Party, mit Ankündigung im Haus, ist kein Problem. Sonstiges Ich als Vermieter bin immer erreichbar und Versuche jegliche Problme, die es gibt, mit Euch zu lösen. Bevorzugt suchen wir Mädels, die studieren, da dies ein reines Studentinnin-WG ist. Wir gehen miteinander sehr Verantwortungsvoll um und haben eine tolle Basis der Kommunikation. Dies ist keine Chaos-WG.
