TRANSPORTATION - Nearest metro station: "Ottaviano", 10 minutes or 0,8 km from the apartment. - Alternatively, bus 70 (stop at 40mt from the apartment) directly connects Termini Station and Piazza Navona to the apartment. 7. REQUIREMENTS - After booking and before check-in, you must send a copy of your ID. - €100 for electricity per month is an advance payment covering a consumption of 150 kWh per month. - At the end of the stay, the final energy consumption will be calculated, and any excess will be charged at €0.50 per additional kWh 8. PRICING and PAYMENT -The prices on this website are set for a minimum 30 days stay. Obviously, you can stay a shorter period, but the daily price cannot be 1/30 of the monthly pirice. Please ask an estimate before you book a period shorter than 30 days It will be about € 100 (or more), depending on the season and the lenght of the stay - With your booking, you will pay for the first month's rental via HA.
