I will be traveling for a couple of months so I am renting out my apartment for a shorter period. I am looking for someone neat and reliable to take care of my home and plants whilst enjoying the coziness of the place and its location in the unique quarter of Moste, but super close to the city center. The apartment is fully furnished with a free parking space behind the building. If registering an address is crucial for your stay, I am open to considering it. Since it's my home I might not empty every closet, but let's discuss your needs and preferences and I am sure we'll make it work. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, so it is suitable for 2 people if you are a couple or really close friends :) If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out :)...

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
