Cet espace de 122m2 est partagé entre 7 personnes et offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vivre confortablement. Vous y trouverez une cuisine équipée avec un four, un micro-ondes, une machine à café et même un lave-vaisselle pour faciliter le nettoyage après les repas. Le salon est l'endroit parfait pour se détendre ou discuter avec les colocataires. Avec le chauffage central, une connexion internet haut débit et un soutien technique et administratif, cette colocation a tout pour plaire. La chambre que nous proposons, Room 7, est un petit studio juste pour vous. Elle a un lit double confortable avec de la literie de qualité, une armoire pour vos vêtements, et un bureau pour travailler ou étudier. La chambre est également équipée d'une chaise, d'une lampe de bureau et d'une étagère murale. Vous partagerez une salle de bain moderne avec douche et toilettes avec quelques autres locataires. Le quartier est super pratique pour se déplacer. Vous pouvez rejoindre la station de métro Tolbiac en seulement 3 minutes à pied. Il y a aussi des arrêts de bus tout près qui vous emmènent dans différentes directions à Paris. Si vous aimez marcher un peu plus, en 10 minutes, vous pouvez être à la Place d'Italie où il y a encore plus de lignes de métro. Et si vous préférez le tramway, la station Poterne des Peupliers n'est qu'à 4 minutes de marche. Enfin, il est bon de savoir que ce logement est éligible aux aides au logement comme l'APL. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
