Casati 24 is a cozy and welcoming 40 sqm apartment located on the third floor of a building with an elevator. It is the ideal solution for those looking for functional and well-organized accommodation in the heart of Milan, perfect both for business trips and for exploring the city. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and includes a double bedroom that guarantees privacy and comfort. The living area combines living and kitchen in a bright and functional environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, kettle and toaster, allowing you to prepare meals in total autonomy. The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The apartment has air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, washing machine and TV, designed to ensure a comfortable and carefree stay. It is completely non-smoking. Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor: the elevator works only with a key for the descent to the ground floor and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Casati 24 boasts a strategic position: the neighborhood combines residential tranquility and urban liveliness, with shops, restaurants and services at your fingertips. Nearby public transport allows you to easily reach the historic center (350 meters from the Repubblica stop of the yellow M3 metro line) and the main attractions, offering an authentic experience of Milanese life. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night. MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 18th 2026 and April 28th 2026 included. For bookings with check in within those dates, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
