Just a block from Meadow Park, 15-minute walk to downtown, and two blocks from the food coop and several restaurants, this is our adorable two-bedroom casita/back house with its own private outdoor area. Inside there are two bedrooms, living room, and full kitchen. Enjoy your privacy: designated side path leads to the unit, bamboo screen for privacy from us in the front house, and fencing give you your own space. This is a stand alone unit: it's your yard, storage, and washer/dryer! The house can be partially, fully, or unfurnished- let's discuss your needs. Note: this house is not huge, but it will be all yours! It is ideal for an individual or couple. One car garage-storage unit included, which is where you have your own, private washer/dryer and lots of room for storage or even an office space with a bit of touch up. We don't have vehicle access to the garage, however. Parking is not an issue in this neighborhood. Available August 7th, 2025. Nota Bene: we are happy to show the casita to qualified applicants. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
