Open kitchen and living room. Complete with furniture. It's a bargain this price but there are some restrictions and obligations. No guests in the house please. Available may 22nd for one year. I am going away for one year but there is a small chance I come back sooner and in that case you will have to sleep in the living room and will get my bedroom back. Rent will then be decreased to 500 euro and utility costs will be halved in that scenario. I usually go to bed from 9 pm till 6 am. So I won't use the livingroom then....
