The fully furnished apartment is located about 2 kilometers from Berlin Alexanderplatz. It's a two room apartment with one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is located at the top floor (7th floor, elevator) of the buildings in the famous Karl Marx Allee. The place is recently renovated and newly furnished. All the rooms have wooden floors. From the spacious entre hall you have access to all rooms of the apartment. Right next to the entrance is the newly designed bathroom with a rainshower and high quality appliances by Villeroy and Boch. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen gear, has a dishwasher, a microwave and locates the washing machine too. There is a small sitting area to have breakfast. The living room is located facing the Strausberger Platz with a gorgeous view of the unique architecture of the Karl-Marx- Allee, that is an ensemble of buildings that are now under monumental care. The bedroom is located in the back of the building. Besides a double bed, a generous closet with lots of drawers and storage space, the room offers a small working area too. The next Subway Station (Line 5, Stop: Strausberger Platz) is a two minutes walk away....
