It is located in Arcozelo, with a beach 500 metres away accessible on foot. Park your car in the garage and enjoy the location and do everything on foot, 20 minutes by car from Porto city centre with transport nearby in case you prefer to use them, an area with some restaurants, supermarket, and other businesses.. Easy and smooth check-in with safe or digital codes, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 am, with no costs for late arrivals.. . Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available.. Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city centre and surroundings, with various public transports nearby including metro and bus.. Air conditioning is a plus for hot summer days, as well as to heat it during your stay.. . The apartment has three bedrooms, two with a double bed for two people, one room with two single beds (the bed is a drawer bed) which gives capacity to accommodate 6 people.. The garage is available, it has one parking space. . The apartment is completely equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner.. Both bedding and towels are sanitised by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.. Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.. . Smoking is only permitted outside the property. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco smell or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 250€ in accordance with current legislation.. . Please note that for stays longer than 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). The difference from this amount will be charged as an extra. Note that at the beginning of each stay longer than 20 nights we will send the current readings and make the readings on the day of your check out.. . Access codes to the property are only provided on the day of check-in, after we have the apartment clean and ready for you.. . Make sure you have placed the correct number of guests in your booking and/or request a change to the correct number of guests before your check-in. We may refuse the stay or charge additional fees if the actual number of guests is higher than what is stated in your booking.. .
