We present our quiet, bright and excellently located apartment, ideal for digital nomads or remote workers. Located in an area with a high level of services (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment venues, etc.) next to the financial district of the city, but also close to the monumental area. This apartment has all the comforts for both a digital nomad and a couple or a family of 3 members. It has a workstation and high-speed and very stable fiber internet. This home has been recently renovated and fully furnished. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room - kitchen - dining room. The building has an elevator. THE SPACE This is an apartment that was completely renovated less than a year ago and furnished, so the installations, coverings, furniture and appliances are new. It is an apartment located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and is distributed through a gallery that opens onto a very bright and quiet courtyard. It has a living-dining room-kitchen located at the entrance of the apartment. The living room has a sofa, side table, TV and a dining table for 3 people. The kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and ceramic hob, is perfectly equipped with small appliances and kitchenware for a longer stay of our guests. The main bedroom has a large and very comfortable bed measuring 150 x 200 centimetres with two pillows per bed. In the bedroom there is a wardrobe where you can leave your clothes and two bedside tables. The window, which looks out onto a very quiet neighbours' courtyard, has blinds to darken the room. The second bedroom has a single bed measuring 90 x 200 and, like the double bed, is equipped with two pillows of different hardness. In the single bedroom we have placed a work table next to the window and a wardrobe similar to the one in the other room. Like the rest of the apartment, the bathroom has been completely renovated, both in terms of its fixtures and fittings and cladding. We have installed a large shower with a rain shower, as well as a toilet and a sink with drawers underneath. The apartment's washing machine is located in the bathroom...

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
