By train, it takes 9 minutes to reach the city center, and by metro, about 15 minutes. Carlos III University (Leganés campus) is 11 minutes away by train, while the Getafe campus is 30 minutes away. All other universities in Madrid are within an hour's reach. The area has several supermarkets, a 24-hour pharmacy, and a variety of restaurants (KFC, Domino’s Pizza, Taco Bell, Burger King, bars, etc.). The neighborhood is very safe and quiet.
