With the fastest internet speed available in Greece (Fiber, 1 Gbps), you'll stay connected with ease. Apartment is conveniently close to major hospitals for any medical needs. The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while while there is also an independent gas boiler to provide you with hot water 24 hours a day Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you. Entire property has free Wi-Fi! The nearest Metro station, Ampelokipoi, is part of the blue line connecting the airport to the city center. Also the stop for bus 813 that goes downtown (Omonoia square stop) is located within a 100-meter distance. Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
