Furnished room for rent in three bedroom apartment, a few minutes from the Parque de Atracciones de Madrid. Five minutes from the metro station Batán (Line 10). Surrounded by supermarkets, stores and bus stops. It is a vibrant environment with a great social and cultural life. Expenses are included in the price: electricity, water, natural gas, 1G internet and weekly cleaning of common areas. The apartment has smart TV and a young and international atmosphere. ⚠️ RENTAL CONDITIONS: 🔑 Contracts are fortnightly: If you sign a contract between the 1st and the 15th of a given month, the whole month must be paid. Nevertheless, if you sign a contract between the 16th and the 30th of a given month, just half a month must be paid. 🕑Check-in time: 14:00h - 19:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days) 🕑 Check-out time: 9:30h - 12:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days) 🕑 Check-in/out weekends or holidays time: 10:00h - 19:00h: 80€. 🧽 One-time cleaning fee at the end of the contract: 40€ 🦹 Visitors staying more than one night: 40€/night --- Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
