The apartment has 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 3 bathroom, washing room ( WM/WT) , garage, cellar and two large balconies. The house has 2 floors. High speed internet with good range from all areas of the house. Other necessary items such as steam iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, curtains & appropriate lighting etc. The rent includes all utility costs, internet, electricity and weekly cleaning service of common areas. Location specifics: Very close to airport Well connected location. Bus stop available at 3-5 mins walking while train station at 10 mins walking distance. Direct bus to Kloten train station and airport. Bus frequency – every 15 mins City center accessible by train within 30 mins commute time “The Circle” – the large indoor shopping area opposite o airport is 10 mins by public transport. Nice landscape area nearby idea for running and cycling.
