Da qui si accede al primo dei due bagni, provvisto di box doccia e bidet, e alla cucina in cui troviamo tutti gli elettrodomestici di base (tra cui lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè, forno, frigo e freezer). Proseguendo per il corridoio troviamo la prima camera provvista di un grande armadio e un comodo letto matrimoniale. Sono presenti anche due camere singole per ospitare altre due persone e un secondo bagno. La zona è fornita di bar e supermercati ed è ben collegata al resto della città. I principali punti di interesse distano 10/15 minuti a piedi. Per i soggiorni oltre i 30 giorni in Italia è necessario avere il "Codice Fiscale" italiano che potrete richiedere al vostro arrivo presso l' "Agenzia delle Entrate". Segnaliamo inoltre che è possibile recedere dal contratto con un mese di preavviso; il costo della pratica è di 150,00 € + IVA oltre all'addebito delle commissioni di Housing Anywhere proporzionate per i giorni non goduti. Continuing down the corridor we find the first room equipped with a large wardrobe and a comfortable double bed. There are also two single rooms for two more people and a second bathroom. The area is equipped with bars and supermarkets and is well connected to the rest of the city. The main points of interest are 10/15 minutes walk. For stays longer than 30 days in Italy, it is necessary to have an Italian “Codice Fiscale”, which you can apply for upon your arrival at the “Agenzia delle Entrate”.
