A pochi passi dall'appartamento troviamo diverse fermate dell'autobus che collegano l'appartamento al resto della città. Per i soggiorni oltre i 30 giorni in Italia è necessario avere il "Codice Fiscale" italiano che potrete richiedere al vostro arrivo presso l' "Agenzia delle Entrate". Segnaliamo inoltre che è possibile recedere dal contratto con un mese di preavviso; il costo della pratica è di 150,00 € + IVA oltre all'addebito delle commissioni di Housing Anywhere proporzionate per i giorni non goduti. A few steps from the apartment there are several bus stops that connect the apartment to the rest of the city. For stays longer than 30 days in Italy, it is necessary to have an Italian “Codice Fiscale”, which you can apply for upon your arrival at the “Agenzia delle Entrate”.
