Mitte tends to be noisy (full of tourists) or dead at night (full of offices), but this pocket of neighborhood is different. It has virtually no tourists, yet convenient and full of residential charms. We are a fair and respectful couple in Berlin (a small landlord), who designed the place with love/care with a view to moving in ourselves, so rest assured you will have a smooth stay in this apartment. Enjoy! In terms of public transportations, 4-min walk from Markisches Museum. 5 from Spittelmarkt. 8 from Henrich-Heinestrasse/Jannowitzbrucke/Museumsinsel. The 3-room 2bd flat is located in the rare residential, non-touristic, and historical part of Mitte, right by the canal, conveniently located near amenities Al Natura (2 min), Netto (3 min), and Edeka (6 mins), and nice cafes/restaurants. This block is one of the loveliest in Mitte. The apartment is unique in that - Quiet Hinterhaus (not facing main street) apartment is renovated in 2025. Spanking new. Designed by my partner who does interior deisgn. - King size bed with comfortable mattress. We bought it thinking we'd use it so it's super comfy, unlike those in short-term stays. - Ample storage, unlike in most apartments. Shoe rack that can store up to 40 pairs. Entryway closet for coats. 3m long wardrobe in the bedroom. So everything can be tucked away and the place is always neat. - Equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, normal-sized fridge with freezer, dishwasher etc. Basically all you need to cook a nice meal. - Modern Smart light system that lets you set scene and turn on/off automatically in the right places (hallway etc.). At night it gives a hotel-like cozy ambience with a click of a button. -The second bedroom is currently empty, because some people want it to be an office. We can discuss your needs and furnish. - We will personally check you in on the first day, and show you how things work (including the washer/dryer room in the building - they are not in the apartment unit) We are honest and fair people (small landlord looking to live there eventually), so please be assured that you stay will be comfortable and you will get the deposit back, so long as there's no damage. We are also in Berlin, so if there's anything you need, we can be there quickly. Basically we are here to make your stay as smooth as possible.
