Last year it’s been fully renovated with floor heating , a new bathroom, dishwasher, laundry machine, dryer etc. It is fully furnished so you’d be ready to move in straight away! The neighbourhood is awesome, just out of the city centre bringing you peace of mind while having nature at your disposal: Rembrandtpark is just a 2-minute walk and Vondelpark just a 10-minute walk away! Within 2 minutes you are on the highway so you skip the traffic jams in the city centre, which is really nice ;) It’s super connected in terms of public transport: there’s a tram/bus stop across the street that takes you to Amsterdam Central / Zuid / Sloterpark! The city centre is just a 5-10 minute cycle away and around the corner you have all supermarkets, cute coffee shops, lunch places at your disposal :)...

If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.
