Nur 2 Minuten braucht man bis zum Bus M82, weitere 5 Minuten wartet schon die gut befahrene Kreuzung mit den Bussen X83, 184, M82, 187, 181. Noch weitere 5 Minuten ist dann der S-Bhf Lankwitz zu erreichen. Zum Einkaufen gibt es in der Nähe Edeka, Lidl, Netto und ein Stück weiter zum Bahnhof Lichterfelde Ost ist eine Einkaufspassage mit Rewe, Aldi usw. Ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in für das freie Zimmer ab März 2025. Das WG-Leben sollte entspannt und fröhlich sein, jeder hat sein Zimmer als Rückzugsort und ab und zu kann man auch was zusammen unternehmen. Das Zimmer ist 18 qm groß und wird möbliert (Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Vorhänge) vermietet. Große Fenster sind dabei und bieten großzügige Nachmittagssonne. Nun zum WG-Leben: Sauberkeit ist wichtig, da jede Woche geputzt wird. Bitte bewusst mit Wasser und Strom umgehen, da auch hier die Kosten gestiegen sind und dementsprechend auch geteilt werden.
