One large room available in Museumsinsel (Mitte) from February 21st until March 31. It is a 2-bedroom flat. There is only one other flatmate, a male in his 30s. You will have the flat to yourself between February 21 and the first week of March as the other flatmate is currently away on vacation. The flat is directly in Museumsinsel in the district of Mitte (postal code 10178), in an extremely central area of Berlin. Alexanderplatz, Berliner Dom, Unter den Linden and all popular tourists attractions are within walking distance. U2 Spittelmarkt and and U5 Museumsinsel are minutes away by foot. Multiple bus stops outside the door taking you everywhere in the city. You can not find a more central area of Berlin. The flat is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The bedroom is in a separate area of the flat and has a double-sized bed and dresser. Towels and blankets are all included. There is a door dividing the two sections of the flat providing full privacy for both flatmates. The bathroom has a shower and laundry machine. The living room has two leather couches, a TV and a coffee table. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher and is fully equipped with cookware, dishware and utensils. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
