Non EU citizens can obtain the tax identification number either at the Single desk for immigration or by any Police head(hidden) . Police head(hidden) assign the tax identification number to foreign nationals who require either the issuance or the renewal of a residence permit. The rental agreement must be signed by check-in. Failure to do so will result in the inability to access the apartment. PAYMENTS: The following payments are due at check-in and must be made via instant bank transfer if you have a SEPA account, via Wise or cash if you are located outside the SEPA area: A security deposit, which will be refunded within one week of your departure.
