Features include thermal window frames with blackout shutters, a French double bed (140x200 cm) with a memory foam mattress, and ample storage space: a built-in two-level wardrobe and a spacious loft with cabinets, accessible via the provided ladder, perfect for storing clothes and suitcases. Windowed bathroom with shower box (78x68 cm). The property features independent heating with two electric radiators — one in the main room and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Bed linen, towels, summer and winter comforter and an extra blanket are provided. The building has a small elevator (48x127 cm). Check-in after 3.00 PM Check-out before 11.00 AM RENTAL CONDITION: Electricity, internet wi-fi, water, building expenses, TARI (waiste tariff), are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing me 1 month before your expected move-out date; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to register online the rental agreement. Citizens of European Union may apply for the tax identification number to any office of the Italian Revenue Agency showing, along with the request for the assignment, a valid identification document (identity card or passport). Non EU citizens can obtain the tax identification number either at the Single desk for immigration or by any Police head(hidden) . Police head(hidden) assign the tax identification number to foreign nationals who require either the issuance or the renewal of a residence permit. The rental agreement must be signed by check-in. Failure to do so will result in the inability to access the apartment. PAYMENTS: The following payments are due at check-in and must be made via instant bank transfer if you have a SEPA account, via Wise or cash if you are located outside the SEPA area: A security deposit, which will be refunded within one week of your departure. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit upon presentation of an invoice. A €50 one-time final cleaning fee. The landlord's signature on the lease agreement shall serve as acknowledgment of receipt for the aforementioned payments...

How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
