Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 4th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 50m2 apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, a fridge, an oven, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer, a dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen bed (160x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, towels and complimentary toiletries. The WCs are separate. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. You will also get a spot in the building's parking. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Notes: Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum...

How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
