The stairs to the upper floor are strategically placed to create an additional space ideal for reading moments on the chaise longue or working at the convenient desk. A complete kitchenette allows you to prepare your meals with all the convenience. - Kitchenette Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, Krups espresso machine (coffee not included), and washing machine and dishwasher. - Bedrooms Located on the first floor (accessible by stairs). Both bedrooms have a double bed (140cm x 200cm), air conditioning, and built-in wardrobes. Note that one of the bedrooms does not have a door, while the other has a sliding door. - Bathrooms On the lower floor, the apartment has a guest bathroom.
