Each studio is throughfully designed and equipped with double beds, private and luxurious bathrooms with shower and a convenient kitchenette, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. - Building The guest house is located on the second floor of a building with elevator. A warm and inviting lobby will welcome you at the guest house's entrance, leading to the studios private entries. It is ideal for couples who wish to explore the delightful city of Porto or for business trips. Although in the vibrant Boavista area, the building is in a quiet "cul-de-sac". - Kitchenette An equipped kitchenette with electric stove, microwave, mini-fridge and nespresso coffee machine. - Dining Area A comfortable dining table complete the space, for you to enjoy your meals or relax at the end of the day. Please note that the studio only has one window, which is located in this area. - Sleeping Area With an inviting double bed and TV. - Bathroom A luxurious bathroom with shower. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the designated mail box. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest.
