My Partner and I are leaving Berlin for a couple of months and want to offer our place to sublet. Our spacious, fully furnished and equipped 2 room loft offers a lovely combination of calm privacy and vibrant city life. It is located in the quiet "Hinterhaus" of a classic Berlin apartment complex and sits on the top floor. The flat has south-west facing windows which allow natural light to flood the space throughout the day. Two rooftop terraces allow for BBQs, meals, sports, coffee, etc., especially in the summer months. All official: The Landlord approves of sublets and registering / "Anmeldung" is possible. (And required by law for stays longer than 3 months). Berlin Mitte has a lot to offer. You will discover plenty of cute cafés, amazing restaurants, art galleries, museums, boutiques, historic buildings and so much more! Plus, with U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and buses nearby, getting around is effortless...
