Welcome to your new room in the heart of Munich! You’ll find it located on the fifth floor in a completely renovated Apartment which includes three rooms in total, Along with a kitchen including all appliances and a washer dryer, a bathroom with a modern glass shower and all round new ceramics. You’ll share the communal space with two quiet housemates. The room itself has a big window with a fairly green view, and is already set for your arrival offering a bed with mattress, a closet, a table and a chair for you to work or study at. The building uses a central heating system with individually controlled radiators in every room, so it’s always cozy and warm to your liking. Included in the rent are all utilities like power, heating, water and also WIFI. The U-Bahn / subway station „Böhmerwaldplatz“ is reached on foot in five minutes, from there you’ll reach the city center at Odeonsplatz in ten minutes. The LMU is reached in 20 minutes from your doorstep, the TUM in 25 minutes all using public transport. Additionally there also os a bus stop. There is a modern EDEKA supermarket only five minutes away, as well as REWE and Teegut supermarket, along with a dry-cleaner‘s, multiple bakery’s like IHLE and others, and a variety of restaurants among them a L‘Osteria and the Michelin starred restaurant Aquarello all in a 15 minute walking radius. Additionally just two bus stops away there is a shopping center. The park „Denniger Anger“ is located directly adjacent to the Building.
