Hello! I am offering to share my house and garden with you. I live almost in the forest, in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and hills. I have 2 lovely dogs, Keeshonds, which I love very much! I work fully remotely so during the day I am at home and the perfect tenant for me is also someone who needs quite space to work and also don't mind dog's company; clean and a nice person, who doesn't need parties and noises of a big city, as you won't find it here (although if you don't have a car you can go to Krakow, which is around 30km away from my place, by bus and you get plenty of city-life there ;) ). I have a car so you are welcome to go with me for trips to the mountains or shopping to the closest town which is Myślenice, 7km away from my house. House is 120m2 big with 6 rooms: - living room with fireplace and tv - master bedroom - home-office room - guest bedroom (your room) - 'gym-room' - my workshop-room You will have your own room and bathroom for you only. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
