I offer this private room with a single bed. Room with a nice balcony, in a fully furnished and large flat. The room is the biggest one in my flat, with two sofas, a big desk with chair, CD player and a large screen that you can connect to your PC and work from remote. WIFI unlimited and all consumes are included. The price is 750 Euro all included for 1 or 2 months rent. For more than 2 months up to 6 months max, the rent is 700 euro all included. Bed linen and towels furnished on request. Availble even for few days on request if days are available. Final cleaning 100 euro are always requested to pay at the end of your stay. NOTE BELOW IMPORTANT INFORMATION I need to inform you that before any kind of final confirmation, I need to have a video call to know you and to present me. This is very important for me. I'm the owner and I like to welcome reliable and quite girls, no party girls. So if we go throught the acceptance, we can see our private contacts just after it and we could organize a call in the next days and I will give you the final confirmation or cancel the booking.
