The studio has independent access to the street, and thus, please note that it opens directly onto the street. Being a street with considerable movement and traffic, exterior noise is expected. However, both the door and the window are soundproofed to increase your comfort! With heated floors, thermal insulation throughout the property, thermal comfort is assured at any time of the year. - Living Area Comprising a comfortable sofa, TV, and Sound Bar, it is illuminated by the window and glass door. We emphasize that this is the only window in the apartment, so it is important to ventilate the studio frequently during your stay. The living area is complemented by a dining table for two and a fully equipped kitchenette. - Kitchenette Fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, 4-burner electric stove, Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included), and a wine cellar! - Bathroom It features an indoor bathroom with a toilet, sink, and washer-dryer. - Sleeping Area Adorned by a magnificent stone arch and tile, highlighting the architectural history of the building and the city of Lisbon, is the sleeping area (interior) with a double bed, TV, and a wardrobe space, allowing you to store and organize your belongings. You'll also find a comfortable and modern shower here. To prevent moisture accumulation due to baths, a dehumidifier is located in this area. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
