Also featuring a shared outdoor pool and children's pool amidst green spaces. - Living Room Equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, TV, dining table, and air conditioning, opening onto an inviting private balcony with views and direct access to the pool. - Kitchen Fully equipped with oven, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, washing machine, and Dolce Gusto espresso coffee machine (coffee not included). The kitchen extends onto the front balcony, with a dining table and BBQ to enjoy the magnificent Algarve weather. - Bedrooms On the first floor, accessed by stairs, two bedrooms, both with spacious wardrobes, air conditioning, and access to a charming balcony. One bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds. - Bathrooms The apartment has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. - Pool Outdoor pool with sun loungers and children's pool for the little ones' enjoyment, open all year from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM. - Parking One free parking space in the garage. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. If a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Monthly consumptions are included up to 150€. → City Tax will be charged according to the law, for the first 7 nights. → Swimming pool in operation, however, it may be closed for maintenance by the condominium without prior notice. → Night time in person assistance for reasons beyond the property's responsibility will have a cost of 25€ after 10:00 pm and 50€ after 00:00am. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
