Important Note: Construction work is taking place in the building, which may cause noise during the day. - Building Apartment located on the 1st floor of one of the buildings, with no elevator, in the Aldeamento Lago Azul complex in Quarteira. The complex features an outdoor pool, a restaurant, and a supermarket. For the little ones, there is a children's pool and a large garden area with a lawn and sun loungers. Only 3km from the coast and the wonderful Algarve beaches, such as Praia da Falésia and Praia de Vilamoura. Free outdoor parking is available. - Living Room The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, two single beds, a TV, and a dining table. It also opens to a pleasant balcony. - Kitchenette A compact kitchenette with the essentials to prepare your meals. Equipped with a refrigerator, a two-burner electric stove, and a microwave. - Bedroom The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, heating, and ample storage space! - Bathroom There is a bathroom with a shower. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 10:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. → Monthly consumptions are included up to 150€. → City Tax will be charged according to the law, for the first 7 nights. → Night time in person assistance due to issues beyond the property's responsibility will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm onwards and €50 from 00:00 am onwards. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
