With a variety of restaurants, shops, bars, and cafes, it's a lively area with plenty of activity throughout the day. Ongoing construction works in an adjacent building, with no timetable for completion. - Bedrooms The apartment features two bedrooms. One is interior (without windows to the exterior), with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The other has two single beds. Both are equipped with a wardrobe and a dresser. - Living Room Spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table for 6 people. With three french windows leading to a traditional balcony, natural light floods the space, making it even more welcoming. - Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator, and coffee machine (coffee not included). - Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms with showers, one of which is en suite. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys.
