The flat is very quiet even if it is in the historic heart of Florence, very close to all interesting cultural spots, located between Santa Croce e Piazza Signoria. The housemates are 3 girls, all students. In the flat there are in total four bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower are shared. We ask a deposit for damages of 500euros, GAS IS INCLUDED UNTIL 15€ PER MONTH PER PERSON. ELECTRICITY IS INCLUDED UNTIL 20€ PER MONTH PER PERSON. What will be exceeding this level will be shared. Weekly cleaning of the common parts of the flat is mandatory. 5€ per person (total 20 €)...
